Cancellation
of Bookings Refunds in the case of outings will depend on whether the booking can be resold. In such cases a refund will be made less R25 to cover bank charges on the refund cheque, telephone calls and administration costs. Refunds made in the case of own transport outings are also subject to a charge of R25. In both instances the refund will be reduced by any other costs incurred which the Club will have to pay despite the cancellation. |
